Takes a long time to get the product
Takes a long time to get the product. I've bought 2 rings and a bracelet so they're worth it, just be prepared for a long wait.

A bit disappointed
Interesting company, easy shopping. A bit disappointed with the ring though as it is smaller than it appeared it would be based on photos, and looks wrong on my finger. I doubt I'll wear it but am overseas so returns are difficult.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about that. It's never fun when an order doesn't meet your expectations. All of our rings come out a little different from one another because each one is made individually by hand. When it's possible send it back to us. We can refund it or make adjustments to the piece— however long it takes for us to get the ring back.
