Missing part of order
My husband ordered some air gun pellets, a knife and air gun target. One tin of pellets costing $18.49 was not in the order, although they charged us. He had paid for the Extend shipping so after we called Midway they still made him deal with extend. There is no place on Extend's site for missing products. His claim was denied. He called Extend and they are trying to help. Last time dealing with Midway -

"Fast shipping, means fast shipping" NOT!
"Fast shipping, means fast shipping". 4 days later and no further status except the item has been "shipped". Carrier haven't even picked up the item yet. That's what Larry means when he says fast shipping. They just create a shipping label but your item just sits first 4 days and they market it as fast shipping.

I have been waiting on a product pretty much over a month
I have been waiting on a product pretty much since May 17th 2026. I received a faulty product that I had to return. I sent it back that day I received a mailing label (UPS) was told they cannot ship a replacement until they receive my defective item back. I have now been tracking this seems to be lost product (sent back via USPS (worst mail service in the country)). and it has been in limbo since June 8th 2026 todays is 19th June 2026. the USPS tracking has changed 4 times now for its arrival date. And the company will not refund my money even though I purchased this back in May 2026 and have yet to actually been able to use my purchased item. The item now shows up on their web site as discontinued. This is thew worst customer support and when dealing with some one on the phone it is the same answer every time (we show it arriving in a few days). As I said I just want my money back. this could have been very simple.

My account was hacked twice after ordering
After ordering, my credit card was hacked. After my second order another credit card was hacked as well, and, my inbox was flooded with spam.
It appears that Midway had a serious problem. I called immediately and the employee would not escalate my to a supervisor. I instructed them to totally scrub my account of all information and do not contact me again

Once Exceptional, Now Just Average
I have been a loyal MidwayUSA customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with the company. In the past, I considered Midway to be one of the premier retailers in the shooting industry, and one of the biggest reasons was its outstanding shipping speed and order fulfillment.
Unfortunately, that has changed.
Over the last couple of years, I have noticed a steady decline in shipping performance. My most recent experience simply confirmed what I had already been observing.
I recently ordered a Bix'n Andy TacSport X Trigger and paid an additional $8 for upgraded UPS Ground shipping, expecting a meaningful improvement in delivery speed. The order shipped on June 7, 2026, and UPS tracking has consistently shown delivery on June 13, 2026—a six-day transit time. As a customer in Georgia who has received countless Midway shipments from Missouri over the years, I can say this is far slower than the service that originally earned my loyalty.
I contacted customer service and requested a refund of the upgraded shipping charge because paying extra provided no apparent benefit. My request was denied, with the explanation that only Next Day Air and Two-Day Air services have guaranteed delivery times.
The issue is not the $8. The issue is that customers are encouraged to pay extra for upgraded shipping with the reasonable expectation that it will result in noticeably faster delivery. In my experience, that expectation was not met.
After raising my concerns, a $10 gift certificate appeared in my account without any communication or explanation. While I appreciate the gesture, it does not address the underlying problem or change my opinion that Midway's shipping performance has declined compared with the level of service it once provided.
As someone who has spent thousands of dollars with MidwayUSA over many years, this review is disappointing to write. The company built its reputation on outstanding customer service and rapid shipping, but I no longer believe that reputation reflects my recent experiences. Today there are many competitors with comparable pricing and product selection, and the shipping advantage that once set Midway apart appears to have largely disappeared.
I hope Midway takes these concerns seriously and restores the level of service that made it an industry leader. Until then, I will be giving much stronger consideration to purchasing from other retailers.

Stay away from MidwayUSA
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a Sig Sauer MCX Spear from MidwayUSA.
On May 29, 2026, I purchased this rifle for approximately $4,000+ before tax. Shortly afterward, I discovered the identical rifle being offered elsewhere for around $2,500—a difference of roughly $1,500. As a customer, and especially as an active-duty U.S. Army service member who carefully researches major purchases, I found this price disparity shocking.
When I contacted MidwayUSA and respectfully requested an explanation or some form of price adjustment, I was informed that the company does not price match competitors and was offered a $25 gift card instead. A $25 gift card on a purchase exceeding $4,000 feels dismissive and does not meaningfully address a $1,500 price gap.
Customers should be aware that MidwayUSA's pricing can be dramatically higher than competing retailers on certain firearms. Before making any major purchase, I strongly recommend comparing prices across multiple vendors, as doing so could potentially save thousands of dollars.
While MidwayUSA has every right to set its own prices, I believe this experience reflects poor customer value and disappointing post-sale customer service. I will be far more cautious about making large purchases from this company in the future.
