This company overcharges for shipping. Shipping is recalculated on each back order shipped. I ordered approximately $230 of product with free shipping. Back order items were subject to shipping charges because they did not meet the level for free shipping.

Lots of spam. Every checkout urges you to donate to the NRA, gives you "free" offers which are really just subscriptions to three obscure print magazines (a 100 dollar value!) and almost immediately after buying one product from them, I started getting book-sized physical mail from them, like the other spam from stores and shops nobody in their right mind would ever sign up for. I only order from them when nobody else has what I need. Use Optics Planet or Brownells; both are much more respectful of privacy and data, and have considerably better customer service.

I can’t say I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’m pretty sure Midway stays in business is there shipping charges. $7.00 for a powder baffle and $7.00 shipping. It’s that way with all their products. They must wait for payment, then count out the shipping charge, penny by penny before shipping the product because shipping times are as bad the charges. Find another store.

Ordered 2 Boxs Of Very Hard To Find 25 Cal. & 1 30 Rd. AR15 Magazine. Some Say They Are Price Gouging. But I Take Time & Do The Math, The 25 Cal. With Shipping Included, Was About The Same Price, As The Gun Stores In My Area, But They Were All Sold Out & The Magazine Was Around $7.99 To $12.00 Cheaper, It Didn't Cost Extra For Shipping, If I Had Bought 1 Box Of 25, The Shipping Was A Flat Rate & Very Reasonable, All 3 Items Shipped For The Same Price. I Placed My Order On 2/11/21 Est. Delivery Date Was 2/18/21, & It Arrived On 2/15/21 3 Days Early, In Great Shape & Packaged Very Very Well. I Had A Very Good Experience With MidwayUsa. Received an order in a decent amount of time, but when I opened the box I found a bottle of gun oil I had ordered with other things had leaked all over the box. next I sent an email to midway explaining what had happened, and that there was now way the damage could have happened during shipping, due to the excellent packing, this bottle was dropped in its bottom then placed in the box, not happy. when no email return, I decided to call to explain my issue, only to be be told we are experiencing high call volume and then placed on hold for now :30. well I have spent thousands of dollars with midway, and they are going to loose my business over a $13 bottle of gun oil, and from what I have read from the other reviews, I will not be the only one. They are gouging us on bullets for reloading anyway, thank goodness for places like Cabelas. I am experiencing a low tolerance for substandard customer care, and price gouging.

I ordered an item 5 weeks ago on back order and still no word, but then today I see Amazon has the exact item I ordered. Try to go to midway website and it’s been down all day. Amazon had 19 of the same items, just a little bit higher price, but was no shipping charges.

We ordered a uberti colt navy, only to have it cancelled the next morning. After being assured that it was, in fact, in stock, we reordered in good faith, only to have it cancelled again. they said they would contact us within 48 hours. They never did. It took several days to get our money back. Not very happy.
