I ordered a hard hat based off of a product description and picture shown online. What was delivered to my house was not the same product that I thought I had ordered. I called and spoke with customer service about the issue. The woman I spoke with was very apologetic and proactive. She was able to figure out the mishap, correct the order, and have a new item shipped out within 24 hours. I was not upcharged the difference in cost. I am very happy and felt like the situation was handled very professionally.

Ordered multiplie products was contacted and told they had to order one item and that my order would be sent out complete when item that needed to be ordered came in. Later received one item and the rest still haven't came in (2 weeks later ).
