Migala Carpet OneReviews of migalacarpetone.com

Kim Sikkema in the Migala Carpet One Floor & Home at 6400 Gull Road  in Kalamazoo – MI – 49048 was my sales rep and she was OUTSTANDING! I appreciated the time, patience and guidance she provided. Additionally the team that installed my carpet were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Lastly, the professional who came out post my home move to assess an issue (due to movers) was great. Overall all...beautiful product and excellent service provided by this team! Thank you, Karen

Ordering went really well, the fellow who measured showed up on time and was polite, and the installer did a great job!

My problem was not with Migala but stainmaster. I purchased a carpet in 2015 and by 2017 it looked 10 years old. InVista took forever to decide to replace it and then ordered the wrong color which delayed installation another month. Finally got another carpet installed and Migala was awesome.

Working with Migala Carpet One has been a pleasure. I have found the personel at the Portage location to be friendly and very helpful. Aside from having to wait longer than expected to get a date for my carpet to be installed, everything went smoothly. The installers did a excellent job and were courteous and careful when moving our belongings.

Salesman very nice, but between the scheduler and installer, this has been a horrible experience! Was told installer would be here between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Never showed up until after 12:30 pm. I made several calls during this time, getting several reasons why they weren't here. When they finally showed up, lead installer read his plans wrong, was rude, and they left me with a huge mess! Then were leaving without moving my furniture back. On the lower level, they didn't bother putting my things back at all. Very poor communication from scheduler and none from installer. I took a day off work, missed a scheduled appointment. Not sure I would use Migala again and would not recommend them to others.

Consistently happy customer! Anytime we are ready to update flooring in our home, Migala is our go-to place.

I love my new bathroom floor. The gentlemen who layed the floor were courteous and efficient.

Excellent customer service, and prompt installation very professional
