I have enjoyed every item I have gotten from MightyNest! The products have all arrived on time and in great condition (even glass items!) and they have all been a welcome addition to my eco friendly lifestyle.

I like it and the price. It's a nice surprise every month.

I like Mighty Fix, I think it is a great service for people who are completely new to sustainable living. I find I sometimes get products that I already have a version of since I have been interested in this lifestyle for a while, but then I can give those items to others.

I recommend MightyNest to anyone who wants to make a difference for our environment with products that are reusable and/or recyclable instead of single use.

Not all the products sent will actually be used. The 1st few were great, dryer balls and bees wax. But the lunchbox utensils and other storage container not so great. Plus the dish brush was broken when we received it. Would like a way to pick monthly item.

I was excited to start my Might Fix subscription - I'd asked for it as a gift - and start trying items to further green my life style. Unfortunately, the "surprise" items I have received are items I would not use (dryer balls when I use a drying rack for my clothes) or poor quality version of what I already have (thin cheap looking cloths to "replace paper towels" that aren't even a quarter of the size or absorbency of what I already have dozens of in my kitchen). At this point my best guess is that they are using the subscription as a way to clear out inventory of things that are too Green Living 101 for anyone to actually want to buy them. This subscription service comes off as lazily designed. Rather than take a little time to understand their customer e.g. a few questions about what you already have or a questionnaire to list types of items you would not want, there is nothing beyond a few generic questions (vegan, want body care products) that the website asks you to answer to set up an account profile aka not actually related to the subscription service. The inability to see what will be sent before it is shipped aka "surprise" has great potential to be useful, but only if you take some time to get to know the customer beforehand. I have multiple subscription services and none are this opaque, nor have I experiences a customer service that is so dismissive "you can't cancel, we won't tell you what's coming and don't want information from you, plus you saw this in the FAQs when you purchased this gift that you received." For a company that is supposed to be about greening your lifestyle this seems extremely wasteful.

Hi Maggie, We realize that the MightyFix surprise program isn't perfect for everybody. While do not have a way to filter for specific needs or items, the profile preferences do allow you of a couple options for customizing your subscription including opting out of the Skincare category or setting your account to Vegan Only items. That being said, we are working on different ways to make your subscription more personalized. One of our main goals with the Mighty Fix subscription is to introduce customers to a variety of non-toxic and eco-friendly alternatives to conventional items in 5 main categories: Ditch Disposables, Green Cleaning, Non-Toxic Food Storage, Safe Skincare, and Breathe Clean Air. We do organize the products to space out similar items at least a couple of months apart from each other. Our intention is to help you discover new things for you to try as you start to build out your own collections from your favorite experiences with these products. We understand everybody has different favorites but our product selection team carefully curates the Mighty Fix items to introduce a variety of safe and non-toxic materials and formulas that are available! There is a Swap feature is designed as a way to keep your monthly free shipping and get a product you've had your eye on or know that you need or want instead of receiving your surprise for the month. It basically pauses your surprise shipment for a month and gives you the ability to purchase anything from the Swap Store instead. You can access this feature from the My Account page under "Choose My Fix" or with the link below: https://mightynest.com/choose-my-fix If you choose to Swap, you will pay the full listed price for that item instead of your $10 monthly fee. If you have a prepaid subscription, your $10 monthly credit will be applied to your swap item and any remaining balance will be charged to your card. Hope that clarifies the program a bit and gives you some options for future Fixes! And you are correct, our prepaid annual subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation. Unlike some subscription companies that renew you for an entire year, we just transfer you to a month-to-month renewal plan so that you can cancel at anytime. I have set your account to automatically cancel upon ending of your prepaid balance. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our services!
