I have been pleasantly surprised by some of the things I've received, such as the glass containers. I love the tooth tablets and that cute little jar comes with it. I haven't tried it yet but I think that jar will be perfect to add vinegar to to hold under my bathroom faucet to get the calcium off.

Though I have enjoyed many products from MightyNest, I reached out to customer service via email to let them know that I received an incomplete item (a window sill plant that was missing the seeds!) and there was no response to my concern. I would have thought they would acknowledge my message in some way, but they did not.

Thank you for review, we do sincerely apologize we missed your inquiry. We do reply to every email within 24-48 business hours but do sometimes hear they are filtered to spam or junk mail. For your plant, have you checked under the coco basket between the spot with the disks and the terracotta container itself? That is where the rest of the components should be located. If they aren't there, please reach out to us at either [email protected] or 847-905-0567 and we're happy to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund if you'd prefer.

I’ve been really happy with the quality of the items I’ve received. I didn’t realize until later that I could choose what I wanted as my fix, which has made my experience significantly better. Even when I have run into problems, support has been very kind. Plus it’s really easy to manage my subscription. It’s not hidden like other companies.
