I love the service and the products I've received. It is an easy way to go more green with my household goods. Sometimes there has been a glitch with customer service, but it seems to have smoothed out now! I even love that I can opt out of getting beauty products now with my monthly fixes!

I love the MightyNest, but about once per year I get an item I can't use and don't even know who I would give it to (knowing that they would use it). I wish there was a way to do a 1 per year exchange or something. The vegetable steamer is a good example. Who doesn't have a method of steaming veggies already? I don't know anyone that would need one of these and its not like you need an extra.
