Hello Joanna, Thank you for being a Mighty Fix subscriber! I apologize if there was any confusion with your subscription. You initially signed up for a prepaid annual subscription that then converted to a month-to-month renewal plan once your prepaid credits had been used. Unlike some subscription companies that renew you for an entire year, we just transfer you to a month-to-month renewal plan so that you can cancel at anytime. You are always welcome to upgrade to the prepaid annual subscription again but we don't want to make that choice for you since it is a more long term investment. There are also settings on your account page to automatically pause/cancel your subscription upon completion of your prepaid credits if you know you do not wish to continue.
