We believe this review is not authentic and was created to pressure MCA USA on an unrelated matter. Clients who have signed contracts directly with MCC USA can rest assured that their cases are being managed with professionalism and diligence, in full compliance with the EB-3 Visa Program. We stand by our commitment to ethical standards, professionalism, and accountability—evidenced by the thousands of successful beneficiaries we have supported under the EB-3 program.

The EB-3 process of the client referenced in this review is progressing successfully. We believe this review is not authentic and was created to pressure MCA USA on an unrelated matter. Clients who have signed contracts directly with MCC USA can rest assured that their cases are being managed with professionalism and diligence, in full compliance with the EB-3 Visa Program. Nevertheless, for the sake of transparency with our clients and the international community, we will also address the specific concerns mentioned in this review below. Reference this particular case, the EB-3 process is progressing well: the Labor Certification has been approved by the Department of Labor, and the I-140 petition is in process to be filed to USCIS, following the confirmation from the client to move forward with the case. These milestones reflect the effectiveness of our process and our commitment to your successful outcome. Regarding the job offer document, it is not required at this stage. The form 9089 signed by all parties involved basically serves as that because it confirms the interest in offering and accepting the job. However, if the client has any request, our designated Account Manager at MCC USA is ready to arrange a call to discuss this matter more fully—and ensure the confidence in how we handle this account.
