I backed Miko Neo and the Swap boards on Kickstarter 6 years ago, and to this day, I still haven't received my order. It’s beyond frustrating. The updates were constant promises with no actual results, and now, it's like they’ve just forgotten about their backers. I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service, but each response has been either vague or non-existent. At this point, it feels like I’ve been taken for a ride

Zero updates no delivery, no refund. Total disappointment. Avoid these creators.
