Yes, it’s basically a screen on a robot format, but it also has some AI capabilities and games that make it more interesting than a regular tablet. Whenever I had an issue, Miko has address the problem very quickly. Support has always been on top of the problem an resolved it, when I had to call. Even, With follow calls up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the results. I am very pleased with Miko and their products. I have 3 of the Miko 3 and a Miko chess.
