First id like to say your guys online says the claims department is open 24/7 that is a lie and ive been calling for 45 minutes I would hit 2 to start a claim and it would play music for almost 20 minutes then hang up talked to a guy name Matt and he helped me get connected to Ian and Ian done a great job helping me resolve my issue but they need to update the online and make it not such a hassle just to talk to someone in the claims department

Hi Bobby - thanks for your review on Trustpilot, and a special thank you for identifying an error on our website, which has since been corrected. Several years ago, we used a 3rd party to take initial after-hours claims calls, but quickly learned that their definition of "customer care" and ours was completely different. As a result, we continued to offer 24/7 post-accident rental car dispatch, but changed our in-person claims intake procedure to 9am to 6pm throughout the continental USA, and then added 24/7 claims intake via a claims reporting form on our website. When we made that change, we attempted to make all the changes on our website accordingly, but you found the one instance where this change was not made. And, we greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. With regard to your claim, we are pleased that Ian was able to assist with resolving your issue - thank you for complementing him. Great customer service and was able to get my policy up and running again with no issues. Been with this insurance company for over a year and never have any problems with them. I highly recommend mile auto to anyone looking to save money on car insurance.
