I had inadvertently entered an old shipping address with my on-line order. Panic! I sent them an e-mail and left them a voicemail with my new address. No problem. They responded within the hour and assured me that the address was being corrected. No problem😊👍

Shipping label created for wrong address 6 days after receiving confirmation that the correct address had been updated. Order was placed 2 weeks ago to the day and it’s still being returned to sender due to their mistake.

I apologize for not getting back to you. Your order was re-shipped to the correct address a couple days ago. We confirmed the address with you and updated your shipping address in our system. We don’t know how it happened, but the distributor still received your billing address for some reason.

the product I ordered was delivered in a generic box with no literature or manuals. nothing other than the unit and a power cord. I dont even know what the model number is. Ive had to look up the model number of the lcd screen on the unit its self to get anywhere. I still havent been able to configure it to work yet. would have never bought it if I would have known this

Hey Ben, I’m assuming you’re talking about the smokers kit. I’m sorry it didn’t meet your standard. We would appreciate if you rated the item itself next time instead of our store (unless you weren’t happy with the service we gave you) as this rating affects our store as a whole. This is like rating CVS 3 stars because the Advil they sold you had 49 instead of 50 pills in it. Just out of our control. We appreciate you!
