(SCAM DOES NOT PAY OUT) Please be aware when its finally time to redeem your winnings they don't follow through on there end. Sent a message through their help center gota conformation they received it over week ago. Wish i would have used trust pilot before investing in this platform. (If you have been victim to these types of scams report it to your financial service they will refund your money and not just your last transaction request it all back. Working in the industry i don't know a single financial branch that are not willing to help you as much as they can.

I'm not sure how they have any 5 star reviews. They can't be real. I can't get a response from anyone! Support is nonexistent! I've been having issues getting verified, but they don't care. Maybe if I dropped a couple hundred dollars into their casino, I may get a response? I mean, come on! The game selection is fantastic, winnings feel fair, but the support is awful!

The staff are really nice and kind! They let us stay inside when we came 30 minutes early instead of standing outside.

Terrible casino site. Website has had issues for months where games don't even show up on the lobby screen. Now the website throws a 500 internal error page. Complete trash casino site. Do not deposit a single penny into this site.

Well it's safe to say these people are Scammers. I won on their site , mins you I've put plenty of money into them until the day came for me to finally withdraw winnings then all of a sudden my winnings went to the amount of zero and it's been over a week with no support from customer service. People please take heed because warning comes before Destruction. Y'all stay woke

This company will take your money. They claim to have a straightforward play-through and redemption process, however their system DOES NOT WORK!!!!!! Their redemption page LIES TO YOU about how much you have played and VASTLY!!!! undercounts your playthrough, making you lose more money. I have spent several hours, weeks, and many headaches trying to get even a single response from this company, however they are yet to respond to any of my dozens of emails. I am going to have to chargeback my credit card. I sincerely hope that this review stops customers from signing up on this scam website.

Going to have to chargeback my purchases. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. There are playthrough requirements that are not advertised and now after making a deposit and playing, the amount that I play does not even contribute to my playthrough. Support does not seem to want to help since its been 10 days since they started "looking into" my issue. Avoid at all costs.

I watched Tammy sokol win $270 they never payed it then they told her she won $100 but needed to be played out . It was. She redeemed $108 it was never received. They then sent it through a bad something or something that sent her a error saying it couldn't be processed. After weeks of arguing it was sent with a msg delivery error. It has never happened on any site we use. So they payed nothing and have ignored her request repeatedly. This was over a month ago now.
