Delightful!
I had the most wonderful introduction to pilates by Malina! I must admit I was extremely nervous because I'm the most uncoordinated person ever and I've never been into a pilates studio before. Malina made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and ensured I understood what to expect before each stretch or exercise with the equipment. She also made sure I didn't do anything that hurt my bad knee which I really appreciated. One stretch felt so AMAZING on my feet! 🦶 Malina's background is in PT so she can adapt your sessions to help deal with injuries or chronic illnesses (such as MS). Schedule a 1:1 session today and you will love it!! ❤️
