40 hour prenatal yoga training has…
40 hour prenatal yoga training has maybe 5 hours of videos and a very, very short training manual. They did give me a refund, but I cannot recommend the program.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly value all feedback, both positive and constructive. We are sorry to hear that the training did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify for future readers that the 40-hour Prenatal Yoga course is not a standalone Prenatal Yoga Certification. It is a continuing education course and a module within a larger 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training pathway. For those seeking to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) through Yoga Alliance, Yoga Alliance requires completion of an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in addition to a 200-hour certification. The 40-hour course is designed to provide foundational prenatal education and practical tools, but it does not qualify a graduate for RPYT registration on its own. Our 40-hour training includes video lectures, assigned readings, a training manual, reflective exercises, applied activities, and integration practices. While the total video content does not equal 40 hours, the program intentionally blends multimedia learning with self-study, embodiment practices, journaling, and assignments to fulfill the total training hours. We understand that learning preferences vary. Some students prefer a more video-heavy format, while others appreciate a balance of reading, reflection, and experiential integration. Your feedback helps us continue improving how we communicate course structure and expectations. We are glad we were able to provide a refund when you reached out, and we sincerely appreciate you sharing your perspective. We wish you the very best in finding a prenatal training that aligns with your learning style and professional goals. Thank you again for your honest review.
