My husband took it for 3 days and ended up in the emergency room. He got a hematoma. Black & blue on upper leg , behind the knee and going down the leg. Mind boost contains ingredients that are a blood thinner. Very dangerous for heart patients taking plavix. Unfortunately he bought 6 month supply. Only used 3 days. Now we are out that money

Mind Boost, is owned and promoted by Bill Gates, yes that Bill Gates!! He started and financially backed the company 100% after his father passed away from Dementia. If you watch the ten minute video he explains the process behind the science and why he started the company with such sincere compassion that I thought I would try it for my husband, who is a 100% disabled combat Veteran who suffers from PTSD and early onset Dementia. I purchased six bottles for $312 and after two months no improvement. It’s important to note that throughout the video Mr Gates, reiterates that no matter how much is used the product is 100% money back guaranteed. So I returned the remaining unused bottles. I’ve been calling customer service every week for four months asking why my debit card hasn’t been credited back and they keep saying, “ it will in five to seven business days.” It’s obvious they have no intention of giving me back my $312. Legally, this is considered stealing. The product is a supplement that does not offer any benefits whatsoever. They do not return your money as promised. If anyone else is having this problem report this to the Consumer Trade Commission, (CTC) if enough people complain about not receiving their money back he will have to pay everyone if the CTC gets involved.

This company is not legitimate! And after following their return instructions they have not processed a refund. It’s been 4 months! Don’t believe their BS excuses. They are lying.

Because this product is marketed primarily to seniors, I can only say that the company should be ashamed of the way it treats its customers. Their advertising states that if you are not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. I carefully followed all of the requirements to qualify for that guarantee, including using the product for the required 30-day period before requesting a refund. When I contacted the company, the representative was very pleasant and approved my refund request for $233.56. I was even told that I could keep the product and that the refund would be credited back to my credit card within 7 to 10 days. That was more than two months ago. Since then, I have made at least four follow-up calls and have received nothing but the same runaround each time. I am repeatedly told that my refund is coming, yet it never arrives. One of the reasons I purchased this product was because the promotional video appeared to suggest an association with Bill Gates. Had I known otherwise, I would never have made the purchase. My next step will be to find a way to inform Bill Gates that his name is being used to lend credibility to what I believe is a scheme that targets vulnerable consumers, particularly seniors. In my opinion, the company's strategy is to keep delaying customers with promises that their refund is on the way, hoping they will eventually give up and stop pursuing it. Fortunately, my daughter, who has been helping me with this matter, is not willing to let that happen. Buyer beware. Based on my experience, this company does not honor its refund promises, and I consider it a scam.

I have been taking it for over 3 months and have seen no good results. It's not even helping stop more memory issues. I ordered online and have 8 bottles left to toss in the trash. Total waste of money.

I believe Mind Boost is 90% caffeine and after taking it one time - and feeling nauseous and over stimulated, I stopped taking it. I purchased 6 bottles and wish I had not wasted my money.

Complete scam. I feel that my memory has gotten 10 times worse. Most epileptics feel stupid because they can't remember things but when they get this product they feel 10 times worse (so stupid & embarrassed). So incredibly frustrating that another AI thing has messed with all of us 😡. CAN WE ALL GET TOGETHER AND SUE THIS COMPANY?

TOTAL SCAM. Never received the product. All I get is the runaround by the staff.
