Mint HomeReviews of minthome.com

I had to replace the HVAC unit in my condo and came across Mint Home online. Owen and the team were incredibly nice and offered the best price in town. I called Owen on a Monday, and just two days later, I had a new Goodman unit installed. Thank you.

Owen was wonderful in helping me get a new ac unit. The process was easy and everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend mint home to everyone i know.

I was very skeptical in buying a unit online, but once I spoke with Owen and ordered the unit it was an absolute breeze. The guys who came out to install were very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job and the price was the absolute best for the best unit. I would highly recommend Mint home for all your air conditioning needs

This was a major purchase for us and I was so stressed and talked to so many sales people, with all their sales pitches but once I spoke to Owen it was just a better experience and didn’t feel the pressure like I did with everyone else. The crew was great and they were in and out in no time at all. I would recommend Mint Home if you want a hassle free experience and a great price!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mint Home for my HVAC needs, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the very first interaction, their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction stood out. Reginald Rivers here, and I was thoroughly impressed by the way Mint Home provided clear, upfront quotes without any hidden fees or surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty as much as I do. The installation team was not only punctual but also incredibly professional. They took great care to ensure everything was set up correctly and left my home spotless afterward. It’s evident that Mint Home prioritizes quality and efficiency, and I appreciated their attention to detail. If you're looking for a trustworthy HVAC company that delivers on its promises without any last-minute price changes, Mint Home is the way to go. They’ve earned my loyalty, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family! Thank you, Mint Home, for a fantastic experience!

My AC unit was out for over a week with another company promising to have it replaced within days. I sent an inquiry to Mint and within minutes, Owen called and provided information and set up for Simon to come out immediately due to the extreme Arizona summer. The unit I requested was not available and measurements were not exact due to me having an older home. They made accommodations to have duct work modified to fit my home. Granted this took an extra day or so but to go above and beyond; was amazing. After install (a few days later) a technician came back out to check on the unit to make sure it was operating properly. These guys went above and beyond, I would recommend them; time and time again. Thank you!

Nothing but 5 stars for these guys!! Great product! Fast and quick response and installation!! And most importantly Amazing Service!! I’m a customer for life!!

Mint Home was very responsive and got an AC installed next day. Very flexible with our schedule and very fair pricing!
