Minute MD has been super easy to navigate, quick with responding whenever I have reached out and affordable compared to other online services. Their staff, providers and the correspondence they send are all extremely thorough, helpful & informative.

Not great communication on medication prescription, doses and prices. Also didn’t know you have to have a paid subscription to get the medication but it doesn’t automatically refill? Most of the time I end up with more questions than answers and can’t really get a straight answer from someone over email. Improvement needed for sure.

They have been really helpful throughout the entire process making sure I have no questions and even checking to make sure I got all of paperwork I needed because my lab work was taking so long to get back to them

The process is convoluted and not efficient. It’s been weeks/months and I still do not have my medication.

Staying in touch through out the process.
