That being said, delicate personalized jewelry can bend or break if it is pulled, pressed, twisted, or handled with force. After delivery, we unfortunately cannot fully determine how an item was used, stored, or handled. Our team reviewed the case based on the information and photos provided. Explaining that we have successfully fulfilled thousands of similar orders was not meant to blame your baby or dismiss your concern, but to provide context that this is not a common quality issue with this design. We also strongly disagree with the statements that our team was committing fraud or that we intentionally sold a cheaply made item.
