This is a revised review. After my initial 2 star review, the company read my complaint, and without my request, offered me a full discount noting that my product was defective. Like many of the reviews, my wait time was longer than the stated delivery window of 2 to 10 business days. Mine arrived in 12. So, if you need your item by a certain date, plan accordingly. I will say that the customer service rep I had via email was very responsive. That and the unsolicited refund, which I greatly appreciate, inspired me to up the rating. I mean, what more can one ask of a business!

I bought a simple night lamp from them. Even though they advertised the shipping time to be 2-15 days, trust me, it will take the longest of that window. Mine took 17 business days to arrive. Their products are drop-shipped from China so it will take a while. Mine arrived damaged, and when I asked to return it, they said I have to return it to China (and have the guts to ask me to absorb the shipping costs). I challenged them about it, then they said it's in their returns policy. They literally JUST updated the policy after I questioned about it, this was never there before as I always check returns policy very carefully from unknown merchants. The lamp also looks very different from the pictures. When challenged, they will condescend you and say their pictures are taken in a professional setting. Well yeah, your pictures look way better than what the product actually looks like. The picture showed a metallic looking finish, the actual finish came in a plastic-y crayon finish. Based on the fact that it's damaged AND the product looks different, it's absurd that they want the buyer to pay for shipping to China. They are leaving me no choice but to go for a chargeback dispute through my credit card company.

Hi Paul, We’re genuinely sorry to read your review and would like to clarify what actually happened. Your order was delivered successfully on April 9th. We reached out to you multiple times — on April 9th, 11th, and 14th — without any response. We reached out again on April 16th, and you finally replied on April 16th, stating that you had canceled the delivery a while back. However, we never received any cancellation request or prior communication from you before the package was delivered. It’s important to mention that your chargeback was filed with the reason “defective” while the item was still in transit, before it even reached you. This is especially confusing and disappointing to us. We also want to clarify that we’re unable to cancel orders once they are already in transit, which was the case here. The shipment was sent out promptly and followed the expected timeline. We’re committed to helping customers with any genuine issues, and it’s truly disheartening to be labeled as “scammers” after doing everything possible to deliver your order and follow up. Miravique provided excellent service. When I had unexplained trouble with their system accepting my credit card, Miravique management jumed right in to help. In the end everything worked out well.
