We have no record of you ever purchasing from us or interacting with our brand. We are an online retailer providing premium plumbing fixtures exclusively to customers in the USA and Canada—we do not perform any installation work or services. This review originates from Pakistan, which is completely outside our service area, and fits the exact pattern of a fraudulent extortion scam targeting small businesses on Trustpilot, where fake negative reviews are posted solely to demand payment for their removal. We have reported this scam review to Trustpilot. Future visitors should recognize this for what it is: an unverified, malicious attempt to manipulate review scores
