I ordered 3 pairs from them. One was opened and the contacts are no good. Not the correct color and flimsy like film. The other two remain unopened and I can clearly see it’s not as described on the website. They refuse to give a refund after two months of waiting. Horrible choice!!

Hi, the initial complaint we received was that you purchased a color you didn't like and asked for an exchange. Because according to the policy, if request returns and exchanges for non-quality product, you will need to cover the shipping costs, that is not a small expence, so we propose to issue you a 15% refund of the order while keeping the product. If you think this is not work, then return or exchange also available. We are attempted to communicate with you to find the right solution. If you have more needs or doubts, please reach out to customer service support for assistance and we promise you we'll tailor a satisfactory resolution for you.

Have not received my product. I placed my first order and I have not yet received my order. I'm very frustrated because I'm not able to speak to someone in their customer service department regarding to what's going on with my delivery. I'm hoping that I will receive my order because as of today I have not yet received it. I submitted various emails regarding this issue but my issue has not been resolved. My first experience is horrible.

I cant see through these lenses I never experienced anything like this before they defective. Especially the iris green contacts look creepy not realistic looks like halloween color
