We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. If you experience eye irritation or discomfort while wearing your new lenses, please first verify whether you soaked them in fresh contact lens solution after opening the package. We generally do not recommend wearing contact lenses immediately after opening them. The storage solution found in the original packaging contains borates—which can be mildly irritating—to ensure the lenses remain properly preserved while sealed. Wearing the lenses without soaking them first may cause eye irritation, dryness, blurred vision, or pain. After opening, please soak the lenses in contact lens solution for 12 hours to sufficiently dilute the original storage solution and improve wearing comfort. If the issue persists after following these steps, please check whether the lenses are inside out or if there are any scratches, tears, or chips. If you discover any defects, please take clear photos of the lenses and send them to us so we can arrange a replacement for you. If you have any further questions or needs, please reach out to customer service support for assistance; we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory solution.
