Our management team has already attempted to reach you multiple times without success. You did receive the same quoted price for your device and were able to complete the process and collect your payout. It’s also important to note that the final offer was approved by you at the UPS store. At that stage, every customer has the full right to reject the offer and take their device back—so there are never surprises in the process. You also have our direct number and are welcome to reach out to us at any time so we can address your concerns directly. We’re always open to having a constructive conversation, and our priority is making sure every customer feels supported and treated fairly. While we regret that you feel differently, we want to reassure others reading this review that our process is secure, straightforward, and always gives the customer control. — MLG Cash Customer Support

Legit company better than ecoatm. They give you a price for the phone you take it in to a UPS store, scan your code, MLG will send you a link and pick up your money at walmart. Process takes around 30 minutes. Works anywhere in the states.

Everything went almost exactly as they said it would, completely legitimate. It was like an extra 10 minute wait for the bar code for my money pick up. But it was $20 over the original quote. They are the best, I would recommend then to anyone.
