Hello Robert,
We take full pride in ensuring complete and total customer satisfaction and your feedback is important to us. You mentioned being sent two Macerator Motor's that were not properly put together but you failed to disclose that you returned an incomplete, used and previously installed unit. Not only is it extremely unsanitary to return a used toilet/waste product but it also demonstrates how your above review is misleading as it outlines falsified information that is not accurate.
As we at MMarine Online proudly stand behind full transparency, we've noted feedback from Vetus upon receipt of your return- "One of the unit's is missing the rubber adapter boot and hose clamp, the electrical spade connectors were clipped off and the wires bared showing signs of installation. The unit itself showed signs of being used – it was dirty, rusty, was seized, and smelled of…..USAGE. The impeller was relatively clean but the rest of the unit showed signs of contamination and smelled used – boat dirt and sealant on it and signs of water damage. Also did not function at all when powered up and was not in any form of original packing. Something that makes no sense…if the unit arrived as they claim broken/damaged in shipping, all packing materials should have been kept to show the damage or concealed damage, rather than coming back incomplete and used and seized in a random mystery box. Something does not add up…. From the look of it, the customer returned an old used unit that was broken, keeping a new one."
In regards to the second unit you purchased and returned, also due to being "damaged in transit" We've again outlined the details received from Vetus regarding your claim and return- "That one came back new and in the factory box and claimed to be broken, but it only had an impeller that was not fully tightened. The macerator motor showed zero signs of damage, this unit is new and complete and works fine – not damaged as claimed" As a result, you were informed of the outcome of the inspection performed by Vetus- The impeller was tightened to factory requirements and approved by you to be utilized as a replacement unit to satisfy your second order.
We at MMarine have gone above and beyond to accommodate and rectify what we initially believed to be an authentic issue to your order only to be swindled by a fabricated truth.
