Easy and good communication throughout

The truck drove like a dream, and was perfect except for one small detail which was easily overlooked and not a problem on the road. The only issue I could find was that the brakes were not at all functional, although I did not find them necessary during my trip from our plant in California to Albuquerque New Mexico. It was a delivery to another facility run by our executive officer, Mr. Goodman. While passing the Grand Canyon, I realized that I was running a few hours behind schedule, and figured the best way to cut some time from my trip was not to go around the canyon, but over. However, I could not locate the bridge that was meant to span the chasm, so, with full confidence in the capability of my truck and my copilot, Jesse, I made the bold decision to attempt to traverse the truck into the canyon and back out on the other side. We were, unfortunately, unsuccessful in our endeavors. The truck, along with it’s cargo, we’re stuck in the bottom of the Grand Canyon. I called my boss, Walter, to inform him of the situation, and he managed to file reports and take care of the insurance claims made after the death of my dear friend Jesse. He then called his associate, Mr. Price, who had a helicopter on hand to come and retrieve the cargo. As of now the payload safely reached it’s destination, and I am recovering in a military hospital in Iraq. Have a good day sir/ma’am

Excellent service. Timely delivery within the window described. Driver made a couple of calls to me while in route to keep me posted on his arrival time. He was well mannered during actual delivery at my house. I will consider using this company again should the need arise.

Company was great. The Rep name was Nick. He was very kind, courteous and casual while still very professional. He did not harass or pressure me to do anything as some of these other companies were trying to do. He kept me informed via text and simply asked me to let him k ow when I’m ready. Once I called back he gave a very reasonable quote and within 24hrs my car was shipped. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
