I tried a few years ago to get my sister on an alert system. When she found out that I was paying she cancelled. Well on June 29 she fell at midnight when she walked her dog in back yard and broke hip and femur. layed for 8 hours because her one that she now has is hanging in her bedroom. So I decided that I do not want that to happen and ordered the best from your MobileHelp. Mathew was very patient and helpful with me

I’m so happy I called and talked to Rick. He was very helpful and is saving me 10$ a month compared to my current device! Can’t wait to get my husbands new device! It’s the Mobilehelp Micro with 2way communication which is so important for us! Thank you Rick for doing an amazing job!

We have been look for a mobile Help company for a few months. We received our AARP magazine. Saw the ad for Mobile Help. I called the number and talked to a real person right off. No pressure. He also explained all there different programs. There are different ways to pay. We chose monthly. My wife and I are both 82, and she does fall a lot. This gives me peace of mind.
