Fall was not detected
Fall was not detected. After pushing button, all we heard for several minutes was that they were sending a call. Nothing was happening. After about 10 minutes someone called. By that time I had already called 911. They came out and helped us. Our Mobile Help service was USELESS.

Scott was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My only constructive comment would be to reduce the number of e-mails — it can be overwhelming!
