My salesman Tom was sooooo sweet, caring, understanding, relatable, and extremely informative. He didn’t appear to be a “salesman”. Just someone helping me with my dad who’s unfortunately now alone. They were married 64 years and active seniors but cancer ruins that.

The sales rep was wonderful, explained everything about Mobile Help clearly and concisely making it easy to understand and helping me make decision about what was best for me. I never felt any pressure to buy like I have with other sales reps when checking out various products. I am hearing impaired, he spoke clearly and at a perfect volume for me to hear. He didn't sound like he had marbles in his mouth like some people. I am looking forward to to using this device for a long time to come and to recommending it to friends and family.
