my checking on the flood of emails and letters that came from the original contact through consumer affairs (which I found annoying and misleading since my response to the ad brought only a flood of undifferentiated sources for emergency alerts with very little to help me decide what might serve me best) resulted in my judging that MobileHelp had the most useful product. From that time on, the service was relatively painless and the equipment arrived ready for use. I still haven't waded through the instructions to know whether it will work as promised or not, I will take the button with me on a trip to Chicago at the end of this month, and we shall see.

THE PRODUCT IS OK, BUT THE HIDDEN CHARGES ARE UNEXCEPTABLE I PURCHASED A $ 19.99 PER MONTH UNIT & ENDED UP PAYING $451.00 AFTER I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, SHIPPING, $ 99.99, CONNECTION FEE $ 72.00. & $25.00 EXTRA PENDULUM *** I THINK THIS IS AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE< DISHONEST SCAM. BECAUSE! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ONE CAN NOT STOP THE PURCHASE !!! I FEEL THESE CHARGES SHOULD BE STATED ON THE SALES ADD & **** UP FRONT SO IT IS NOT DECEVING. TOTALLY DESTROYED MY TRUST IN THIS PRODUCT, CAN I DEPEND ON IT SAVING MY LIFE ?????????????????

We received your review and we are sorry to hear about your experience as that is not typical for our customers. Upon review of your account and based on what you have provided, it appears that you selected the annual plan, rather than our monthly promotional rate plan for $19.95. The system does come with 1 standard help button included in the cost for your system. It looks like additional buttons were selected somehow on your end when the order was placed online. Pricing is listed on the right-hand side of screen when ordering online. So that we can make sure other customer's do not have this same experience, we like to report any short comings to our website staff. To confirm, you were not given at total prior to purchase? And the itemized list was not viewable while ordering? We would be happy to change your plan to something more manageable. Pricing is listed on the right-hand side of screen when ordering online. You can reply to this message privately with your phone number and we would be happy to give you a call for further assistance. You can reach us by dialing 877-827-6207 Option 3

I was relieved that I could be assured that someone was on the other end of my mobile alert and was genuinely concerned that my new mobile alert was functional and working properly 1 Louise Morin

Our salesman Nathan Carter was awesome he answered all of our questions and directed us to the device that would work the best for my father-in-law. He never made us feel stupid for asking a question and he took his time so as to not rush us. Great Guy!!!
