Should have done this years ago.
The representative I spoke to was friendly and helpful. She made sure I got everything I needed and assured me my equipment would be sent out promptly. I love that you have a lock box available as I hadn't thought of that.

The explanation of your service was clear and convincing---My current alert device has not been entirely satisfactory and though I can't afford your full service I feel I will have a more satisfactory experience.
