I have recently purchased the mini for my mother in law. The initial conversations with the sales representative & the second conversation with the purchasing agent were both very helpful! They were patient in explaining the equipment, pricing, & pros of purchasing their service. The equipment came on time & it was an easy set up. I appreciate the peace of mind the service provides when my mother in law is home alone.
