Called to inquire about a system for my…
Called to inquire about a system for my mom and all my questions were answered. I felt confident about this system so I ordered immediately. Happy to have this for my mom to bring her and our family a little peace of mind - but I hope she never needs it!! But if she does, we are NOW prepared.

Michael spoke with me on the phone and explained everything in detail. I just received the device and it was super easy to set up. Now Mom and I both are a little more at ease knowing she has someone to watch over her at all times!

Technical Support person was through & understanding.…
Technical Support person was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding as he talked/walked us through process of setting up and testing all the various components of the Mobil Help System I had contracted for. The individual then walked us through process of doing monthly tests of components and how to prperly use the fall alert pendant.
