The customer service was great. The process to order was easy

Nathan Carter was an excellent example of a stellar representative. He was very patient with all my questions.

I haven't needed to use the device since I received it. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Multiple salesmen called. Most were patient and helpful, especially Mark who explained everything in detail with clarity. Creating an account on the web site was problematic and frustrating. I had to call tech support in order to to be allowed to establish an account. It would be really helpful if there was a dedicated support person for setting things up. Installation and testing of the main unit, bracelet and wall button went smoothly. Overall, I'm pleased with the choice that I made and hopefully, it will be a waste of money (no falls, etc.).
