I have only had it for 2 days and my father is wearing it and it tested out good, but I don't know how much longer I will be needing it.

I received a letter in the mail about MobileHelp. I thought I would contact them for some information. I went on line and clicked on info and after filling in my name and phone number, I was told i would receive a call within 2 minutes. I did and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Michael. He was so easy to talk to, pleasant and knowledgeable . He answered all my questions. This looked like a very good product to me and was reasonably priced. So I ordered one.

The process was very easy and looking forward to trying out this system. The service was prompt and straightforward.
