Great conversation with Scott on the phone. I didn't feel harassed like a different brand. I haven't set it up yet but the phone service was great.

called to cancel service . I kept getting billed for the service. Not only that, but they transferred the charge to a different credit card without my permission!! How do they do that??? Still working on getting a credit after a month..................I'd never recommend them
