I am waiting in my Moms money to come in to get her account set up. Was offered a deferred payment. Something went wrong and they took the entire amount which is putting me in a financial bind for now...they were supposed to call me back with a solution after they spoke to a Supervisor and said it would be like 30mins....it's now been 2 hours. And again I'm in a financial bond and you all have the money. This is not a great way to start this experience.
