I sent the item back. I told the gentleman helping me that I did not want a heavy box around my neck hanging to my stomach. He assured me it wasn't. That's exactly what I got. I already have one that's exactly like this one.

When I called to get information and sign up the man I talked to seemed knowledgeable and I was very satisfied until today when I got my button and called in to check it. The first gentleman told me it was quick and easy. Then I got everything told to me a 2nd time. I thought I just needed to do a quick at most a 5 min call but instead it took over 15 mins. The 2nd gentleman was polite but not only was it taking too long but during the set up I had to set up the charger and place it in it and then I was to pick it back up and immediately it blurts out a fall, got that stopped and I put it on and in that movement it detected another fall, so had to cancel it again. Then I was sitting on the bed and had to take it off for another test then moved the button from my upper abdomen to my thigh which was about 8 to 10 inches and it blurted out another fall alert. Then the man said to me during instructions that if I fell it would ring to the automated system and then he said and then "after some time" a live person would come on. So I said excuse me but after some time? Just what does that mean? Will I be laying on the floor for an hour because it's busy and there are not enough operators to assist clients? He then said 90 second tops so trust me I will be watching the time. I got this service because I have a history of falls with 2 in the last 2 weeks. I'm on blood thinners, if I fall and bang my head or cause a bleed it's very possible to bleed out very quickly depending on where the bleed is. So the changes I would like to see is you train your staff better. They shouldn't tell you that it's a quick process to set up. To me 3 mins is quick. They need to be honest and up front about everything. I got very annoyed because nothing was as the first person said. Then the 2nd guy knew I was getting annoyed and then stated "after a time" he should state it will take a few seconds up to 90 seconds. I need to know that. Then I'm not sure why this thing triggers a fall alert when it moved 10 inches to 4 inches. While lounging on my bed watching TV it slid from midline between my breast to the middle of my breast it may have been 2 to 3 inches and it triggered again. I'll try this thing for a week and if it triggers that many times in 20 minutes I can't do that.
