Customer service was great. Setup was easy and quick.

I haven't received the equipment yet, just got it ordered this morning, but the sales rep, Patrick M. has been so helpful and knowledgeable. He has returned my phone calls at night and weekends, and he is well versed on all the products that MobileHelp has to offer and what is best for a person. I am looking forward to receiving the equipment for my mom.
