The representative, Brandi, was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and did not start a hard sales pitch when I said I would be researching other medical devices. I did research others and went back to Mobile Help.

Disappointing Experience with Sales Staff I recently tried to purchase a fall detection system for my grandmother, and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The salesman seemed lazy and unprofessional, as he misspelled our names in various ways on the receipt. This not only shows a lack of attention to detail but also a concerning level of impatience. Given the importance of this service for my grandmother's safety, I have serious reservations about proceeding with the purchase. If the sales team operates this way, I can only imagine the potential issues that could arise if we ever needed someone to respond in an emergency. To make matters worse, instead of correcting the errors, the salesman simply hung up because it was past his shift. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of the service. I hope the company takes steps to improve their staff training and professionalism in the future. *Note: This happened on Friday, Sept 6, 2024, but I had to put down Sept 5 to submit the review because it just happened.
