One of the best things I can say about our experience obtaining a Mobile Help System is our sales representative, Ferris. We've been working with him since November when we decided to start looking for a System for Mom and Dad. Knowing we would have 24/7 care for dad as he went through hospice, we postponed for over a month. The Mobile Help team was great at checking in, but when it came time to purchase, we requested to continue working with Ferris. They were great when it came to redirecting us. He was truly a gem to work with. We are looking forward to setting Mom up with the System.
