I had a very positive experience with Summer as I was researching "medical alert" solution for my 87 y.o. mother who lives alone. Having been overwhelmed by all the information/options online I rated my top 5 and proceeded to call and question each company while formulating a spreadsheet to help decipher all the information. Summer was very patient as I asked my litany of questions and was available to answer follow up questions in days & weeks & month to follow. She still had her notes when 4 weeks later I called to verify information and ask yet a few more questions before confidently selecting to choose MobileHelp to help ensure that my mom will be a well protected as possible in her alone time. I now await receiving the product, micro necklace, and having my mom begin using it and getting comfortable with wearing it. At this time I highly recommend MobileHelp. I think I made a solid choice and see no reason to suspect anything but positive results.

The service is fast and efficient. There was one false alarm and the emergency contact people sent a text but not sure why I also received a call at 5 am when my Dad had already told the person on the phone that he was fine. My Dad fell another time and the fire dept was dispatched and helped him up very quickly. I have a suggestion to only text and/or call the first emergency contact person instead of all 3 people on the list. If the first person (which is myself) isn’t available then I can contact another emergency contact person.

So far the setup has gone smoothly.
