The gentleman that helped me was wonderful! He listened to me and as willing to offer me as much help as needed and even discussed his own decisions toward his mother. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for a long time. I felt a genuine care from this company.

Great explanation of product & services

We had to "suspend" service for a period of several months when our mother went in to the hospital. Restarting service was a major chore, took many phone calls over a period of five days to speak with multiple employees in "customer care" and sales, none of whom knew what to do with us. Resulted in having new equipment sent out to replace the equipment we had. New agreement, new account, it's like we had never existed or had a prior relationship with this company. Hope the actual monitor service is better than this...

My call to MobileHelp was an inquiry of available services for my 90+ age parents that are still living at home. Bill and I discussed my concerns and my parents living conditions that included dementia issues for my father. He answered and brainstormed recommended solutions that look like a great fit. No pressure, just experienced recommendations and plans. I ordered and getting this set up.
