The pendent went off way too much
The pendent went off way too much. I had to put it under my sweater so I didn't go off especially when I was eating.

The customer service tech I spoke to…
The customer service tech I spoke to was the sweetest lady. Helped me feel comfortable asking questions about things I knew nothing about. And she took me and guided me to the best plan for my particular situation. For example, I was not going to get the "protection from falls", but after questioning me, she brought things to mind that i do need it. So I bought it.
