MobileHelpReviews of mobilehelp.com

The promptness of contact from MobileHelp is wonderful. Fortunately, I haven't had an accident and had to ask for help, but, I have accidently set off the alarm and they were calling immediately. If I have a question, they are very knowledgeable and quick to answer. Plus, the courtesy and kindness when I call to test my devise is wonderful.

The kids aren’t as worried about us living alone. It’s easy to wear.

My 92 and 1/2 year old mother fell in the bathroom, hit the wall and was leaning against the door. When her alarm went off, they immediately called me and since there was no response, sent the rescue. The door had to come off before they could get to her. Our family credits Moble Help for saving her life. It took over 21 staples in her head. She could’ve possibly bled to death. Thank you, Moble Help and their team of workers

I feel safe at home or when I am out and about because MobileHelp is with me. They know where I am wherever I am, so I know that I am never alone. I trust MobileHelp to respond immediately, to know exactly where I am, and to dispatch help if I need help. They also replace my equipment whenever it needs to be replaced.

Always have good good service love it

They are always helpful when I call their office. I haven't used Mobile help for an emergency, I do feel better knowing I have it, especially in the shower.

Customer service representative, John, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He talked me through the entire process and explained everything. I appreciate his understanding of my situation and was able to help with a solution in a timely manner.

Great customer service! A little piece of mind when I’m home alone.
