Customer Service: Lucy Milligan: My experience with Samantha was pleasant, courteous, informational. She was very patient and understanding. Kudos to Samantha.
I have been a customer for over eight years, this order was for my 98-year-old stepmother. I recommended MobileHelp because I have never had a problem, I always had good experiences when I had to call in for any questions that I had. Samantha was a number one customer service rep.

An employee named Noel, mobile safeties package pricing, no contracts, and attention to detail
An employee named Noel, and the customer service number was helpful in reaching him again. The company seems to be super efficiently ran and happy to help and that's so important when purchasing a medical device, especially of this kind. The price is also reasonable for the peace of mind that the system and nationwide coverage it brings!
