I called knowing next to nothing of medical alerts. When I hung up I felt as though I had been talking to a friend, one who explained everything and answered every question. I am totally satisfied with the entire process and am looking forward to the peace of mind I hope it brings. I only wish every purchase and product inquiry was handled as well as this one.
