Refund please Had alert 1 week Malfunction everyday Today worst 911 responders came out after I canceled false alarm I’m going with another company Betty

I would give it a 5 star rating
I would give it a 5 star rating, but it was a bit confusing when I received the unit, charged it and the light went from red (needs charging) to green (completed charged) within 10 minutes, then to see the green light on the unit blinking a couple of hours later. I placed it overnight to charge and has been fine since. I have had it for approximately 3 days and I will see how it works from now on.
